Express reports that Chelsea have prepared a shirt number 25 or 26 for midfielder Saul Niguez, who is rumored to be joining the team.

         Fabrizio Romano has revealed that the Blues have made an offer for the Atletico Madrid midfielder. Before the transfer window closes at the end of the month. Which the players have news to move the team continuously after falling off as a backup often last season.
